Anyway to cut to the chase, someone else on the course modelled me
playing guitar - first playing fast and then playing slow, and
amazingly there was a different thinking pattern...

As a goofy experiment I tried swapping the thinking patterns around
and my slow playing went to pieces but my speed playing became
effortless.. and it only took me about 3 or 4 minutes to make the
change... how cool was that!
This amazed me so much that I started looking for someone else who had
discovered this technique. To be blunt, I drew a complete blank. I
searched newsgroups, googled everywhere and then some. I asked other
NLP trainers, teachers and therapists. I Searched high and low for
almost a year. No one had found this simple sneaky trick out before,
as far as I could tell.

It only took a few minutes to swap the thinking patterns but the change was

At that point I'd played guitar for over twenty five years, but
nothing, absolutely nothing prepared me for the shock, when this simple
change to the way I think made such an incredible difference to my

and slow were smooth and effortless..
